Our return policy for shipped wholesale merchandise lasts 30 days and covers replacement or credit for damaged, malfunctioning, missing, or misrepresented merchandise. You must send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
1. What is your order number?
2. Exactly which item(s) need to be returned?
3. How many of each item(s) need to be returned?
4. What is the reason for returning each item?
After 30 days we cannot exchange or credit your wholesale purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Large quantity, discounted wholesale products purchased directly from our warehouse are non-refundable. We may offer an exchange or partial credit for damaged, malfunctioning, missing, or misrepresented merchandise within 7 days of purchase.
